Insurance Policy and a Fire Insurance Policy.

providing many other related services on your behalf. We mail your earnings check
directly to you (or to your designated bank account) and provide you with a
monthly statement showing all activity within your entire Americana portfolio. We also
complete and distribute all the legally required year-end paperwork.
On behalf of our investors, we seek quality equity loans at compelling interest rates and
loan to value ratios. In general, most of our borrowers have less than perfect credit, want
a short-term loan, desire speedy funding or want to maintain privacy with minimum
documentation requirements. For these flexible funding conditions, the borrower will
typically meet investor yield expectations.
